Lecture and Therapeutic Work with Marta Thorsheim (Norway), based on the Identity Oriented Psychotrauma Theory (IoPT) from Prof. Franz Ruppert.
The workshop offers an insight into the theory and practice through Self encounters & the Intention Method (constellations).
Our psychic development begins with a huge potential for vital joy, ability to love and a great need to be loved. So why don't we keep this way over time? Why do we lose our joy of living and suppress our basic needs? Identity oriented Psychotrauma Theory (IoPT) invites the person to fine-tune themselves in order to reinstate their original vitality.
Marta Thorsheim is the founder of IoPT Norway - Institute for Traumawork.
She is well renown internationally for her work as an IoPT teacher - and trauma therapist.
Her Institute has been following Dr. Ruppert´s IoPT work from Family constellation to Identity oriented Psychotrauma Theory with the Intention Method for 13 years, and she has practiced as a therapist for 30 years, introduced IoPT to many countries, including the Scandinavian countries, Los Angeles, Angeles, Australia and Asia.
The workshop in Riga offers a new way of working with trauma. Everyone is invited to participate. Previous experience in therapeutic work is not required. However, the psychologists of various directions, practitioners of systemic constellations, coaches, educators and representatives of other helping professions, will get a new perspective how to work with trauma.
